Concept Development Stage

Assess clients needs and deliverables from their proposed project
Develop design concepts and options
Fine tune exact project deliverables
Once client is happy with the project scope we would arrange and attend pre planning meeting with local council office to take on board any views the council may have regarding the development
During this cycle we would continuosly develop project cost estimates for the various options being considered

Project Preparation And Planning

Prepare planning drawings and relevant documentation
Apply for planning permission
Prepare Tender/Construction drawings and specifications
Prepare full set of tender documents for pricing
Tenders received are compiled, summarised and discussed in detail with the client
Any project scope adjustments are agreed with the client at this stage and we then negotiate most competitive prices with the most competitive tendering contractors
An exact total Project Cost is established and agreed with the client
Once initial planning is received we proceed with the preparation and submission of fire cert and disability cert applications
Programme for project completion is agreed
Formal contracts are drawn up with the relevant contractors

Construction
Management

Works commence on site
Act as PSDP/PSCS
Physically manage the construction process from start to finish
Control project costs during the construction process
Prepare and issue payment certificates for all contractors
Provide assigned certification
Supervise and coordinate commissioning of all equipment as necessary
Provide all handover documentation as required
Provide a complete set of certificates of compliance as necessary
